Four of the biggest News Apps (Apple News, Google News, MSN and Yahoo News) promoted 14,350 left-leaning articles out of a total of 21,099 articles. They covered only 1,154 (5%) articles from right-leaning outlets.
The percentage of conservative articles published by outlet:
- Apple News 1%
- Google News 3%
- MSN 12%
- Yahoo News 6%
Over 80% of U.S. adults say they get their news from digital outlets at least sometimes.
Three of these news outlets are preloaded on digital devices – iPhones, Android, and Windows.
Together they receive 550 million monthly views.
Examples of major stories these outlets failed to feature:
- Minnesota, California and Ohio healthcare fraud of billions of dollars and dozens of indictments – many reported by the Daily Wire (seems to be a blackout of Daily Wire stories)
- Anthony Fauci Covid deceptions
- WNBA transgender controversy
- FIFA World Cup tourists appreciation of the United States
- Even America’s 250th Anniversary – their stores were focused on political conflict and criticism of Trump’s celebrations
